Bill Hardman is a trial lawyer at William S. Hardman, Jr., P.C. He was an associate lawyer with George C. Creal, Jr./Trial Lawyers from 2013-2015. He has represented clients in many criminal cases including DUI, drug possession, probation revocation and traffic offenses. He specializes in representing clients charged with DUI. Bill has been a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense lawyers since 2013. He has also been a member of the National College of DUI Defense since 2014. In 2014, he was selected to attend and completed the Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy Program under the direction of some of the nation’s top criminal defense trial attorneys. In 2019, Bill joined the DUI Defense Lawyers Association. He has represented and assisted clients in thousands of cases throughout the State of Georgia.
