Before joining the firm, Mr. Harris earned his education at the California Western School of Law in San Diego – it was there where he earned his Juris Doctor. He’s spent years practicing law and honing his skills. Mr. Harris’ representation as been put to the test in theCalifornia Court of Appeal, where he has prepared and argued cases.

Mr. Harris spent the first 26 years of his law practice as an insurance defense attorney handling jury trials with respect to catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability and professional negligence cases throughout California on behalf of insureds for Allstate Insurance Company, America International Group, Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, CNA, Golden Eagle Insurance Group, Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, Nationwide Insurance Group, Ohio Casualty, Professional Liability Insurance Group, Safeco Insurance Company and Transamerica Insurance Group.

EXPERIENCE THAT GOES BEYOND THE COURTROOM

The time spent defending personal injury and business disputes on behalf of insurance companies provides Mr. Harris a unique perspective of how the insurance carrier will value, handle and litigate a particular case. His litigation experience includes matters beyond jury trial verdict, including preparing and arguing cases before the California Court of Appeal. He has been a Superior Court Arbitrator and Superior Court Judge, Pro Tem.
