Attorney McDaniel has a unique background as a former insurance defense attorney and a degree in Risk Management and Insurance from The University of Georgia. His insider knowledge helps him craft strong and compelling cases on behalf of his clients. He uses his experience as a former insurance defense attorney to the benefit of his clients.

He serves the community through his church and numerous charitable organizations, including the Atlanta Mission for the Homeless, the Georgia Legal Services Program, and Side by Side, which benefits brain injury survivors.
Outside of work, Attorney McDaniel enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and three young children. He and his family operate a distinguished cattle ranch in Northwest Georgia.
