Detailed Information

Tom Antunovich is a highly-skilled personal injury lawyer who has successfully handled a wide range of cases across California. His primary areas of practice include motor vehicle accidents, auto defect cases involving dangerous and defective products, medical devices, pharmaceutical litigation, wrongful death, and other serious injury cases.

In 2019, Antunovich secured an $11M judgment for a car accident victim. The injuries sustained required a spinal fusion surgery and aggressive physical therapy rehabilitation, however the victim was able to make a full recovery. A judge ordered the judgment after seeing the facts of the case as laid out by Antunovich. Tom is passionate about helping people and has already proven himself as an outstanding trial attorney.

Antunovich is the lead associate attorney for the firm’s Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder ovarian cancer cases. He works directly with managing partner Brian Chase on these cases.

In 2018, Bisnar Chase was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee for the Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder ovarian cancer cases by the judge overseeing these cases in California. Antunovich finds satisfaction in holding wrongdoers and corporations accountable for their actions and securing compensation for his injured clients.
