In 2019, Antunovich secured an $11M judgment for a car accident victim. The injuries sustained required a spinal fusion surgery and aggressive physical therapy rehabilitation, however the victim was able to make a full recovery. A judge ordered the judgment after seeing the facts of the case as laid out by Antunovich.
Antunovich is the lead associate attorney for the firm’s Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder ovarian cancer cases. He works directly with managing partner Brian Chase on these cases. In 2018, Bisnar Chase was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee for the Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder ovarian cancer cases by the judge overseeing these cases in California. Antunovich finds satisfaction in holding wrongdoers and corporations accountable for their actions and securing compensation for his injured clients.
Tom serves on the Board of Directors for Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), an organization dedicated to providing justice for all California consumers. Tom also serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), a local organization devoted to protecting access to civil justice for the injured and wronged. Tom has been recognized as a 2021 Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a designation that means he is a top-rated attorney as recognized by his peers. In 2020, Tom achieved one of the top plaintiff’s verdicts in Orange County for the case of Nevarez v. Brutoco. In 2019, Tom was recognized for one of the Top 50 Motor Vehicle Accident Verdicts in Los Angeles County for the case of Lim v Wang.
