Tessa dedicates her practice to mass tort and complex litigation. She zealously represents clients injured by defective drugs and medical devices, and survivors of sexual abuse and trafficking. Tessa makes strong connections with her clients. She has extensive experience guiding hundreds of clients nationwide through all stages of complex civil litigation. Prior to joining ASK LLP, she was an attorney at a Minneapolis law firm where she worked on several class actions and multi-district litigation cases, particularly antitrust price-fixing conspiracies and mass torts. Tessa is committed to ensuring access to justice and giving a voice to those who have been injured through the wrongdoing of others.
Tessa earned her legal degree from William Mitchell College of Law, (J.D. 2015), and her undergraduate degree from the University of West Virginia, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa (B.A. 2012). While attending law school, she was nominated as a student ambassador for William Mitchell and worked as a certified student attorney for the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office. In addition, she received an award for outstanding hours of volunteer service from the Minnesota Justice Foundation.
