Nicole M. Faries practices civil litigation with a particular focus in the areas of Landlord and Tenant Law and Manufactured Housing Law on behalf of Landlords. She has experience with jury and bench trials in the Delaware Justice of the Peace Court, Delaware Court of Common Pleas, Delaware Superior Court and Delaware Court of Chancery as well as arguments on appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court. She also practices in the District of Delaware to assist Landlords getting relief from tenants that file bankruptcy.
Nicole is a Delaware native, who grew up in Kent County, Delaware and currently resides in New Castle County. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware, Honors Program, earning her degree, cum laude, in Philosophy. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. While at Widener she was the Styles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocate Society. Nicole served as a Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Randy J. Holland for the Delaware Supreme Court. In addition to practicing law, Nicole is a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
Nicole currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for the Delaware Law Related Education Center. Nicole is also on the Board of Professional Responsibility in Delaware.
