Nathan Kratzert is a trial attorney representing individuals who have been seriously injured in tractor-trailer, auto, and premises liability incidents. Prior to joining Montlick & Associates, Nathan began his legal career in the courtroom as an Assistant District Attorney in both metropolitan and rural areas, trying complex cases in Georgia’s Superior Courts with overwhelming success. He worked tirelessly with at-risk youth and individuals with addiction dependency in Georgia’s juvenile and accountability courts. Nathan individually argued and prepared numerous winning appeals in Georgia’s Appellate Courts. This unique experience gave Nathan the opportunity to help victims and their families through some of the most challenging times of their lives.

Nathan brought his experience and passion for justice to Montlick & Associates, where he focuses on representing injured victims. Known for his relentless work ethic, extensive case preparation, and high level of integrity, Nathan uses his unique background and knowledge to maximize results for his clients.

In 2020, Nathan was honored as a Georgia Outstanding Young Lawyer by Atlanta Magazine. He was recognized in 2020, 2021 and in 2022 as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers – a prestigious designation given to less than 2.5% of all attorneys. With his vast understanding of the law, Nathan is committed to getting the best possible results for his clients. His philosophy towards life and his law practice is simple: “Do what’s right, not what’s easy.”

In his spare time, he can be found playing hockey, basketball, and regularly working out so he can keep up with a busy life with his wife and their four children.
