Matthew A. Fraiberg has been practicing law since 1997. With a background as a former City Prosecutor, he has the experience, passion, and work ethic to understand the stress that comes with being arrested and charged with a crime. Matthew Fraiberg represents people throughout Michigan, including but not limited to Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties. He takes genuine pride in his ability to connect with locals and offering them knowledgeable, cost-effective, and efficient representation. Prior to becoming a criminal defense attorney, Attorney Fraiberg has experience as a judicial clerk and assistant legal research clerk for Oakland County circuit court judges. His previous experience working as a clerk in the Oakland County 6th Circuit Court has given him invaluable insight into the inner workings of the criminal justice system and the ability to work with the courts to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
