Marlene M. Sato, Esq. Partner
Marlene is a trial attorney whose practice is entirely dedicated to litigating property insurance claims. Marlene’s passion for the legal field started two decades earlier when Marlene started working in a law firm and realized she wanted a career as a lawyer.
During law school Marlene was dedicated at sharpening her trial skills by volunteering at the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office, where she spent time working as a Certified Legal Intern. This experience allowed Marlene to gain valuable hours of courtroom experience, conducting depositions, legal research and draft legal motions and pleadings – all skills Marlene relies on now to represent clients in property damage litigation with their insurance carrier.
Marlene was awarded a CALI Book Award in Florida Criminal Procedure by earning the highest grade in the class. Marlene served as the Research Assistant for Law School Dean Alfredo P. Garcia. Marlene received the Outstanding Public Service Award for the graduating class.
For the last several years, Marlene has concentrated solely on assisting property owners with their underpaid, under deductible and denied property claims.
Marlene has successfully helped hundreds of clients resolve their claims with the property insurance carriers.
