Mark Briol graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1976 and number one in his class from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1981. He has tried more than 100 commercial and securities cases to award or verdict.
At age 19, Mark Briol was an aspiring professional boxer and the Welterweight Champion for the City of Minneapolis. He has run four marathons (the Twin Cities Marathon and Grandma’s Marathon in Duluth, MN twice each). These days he limits his pugilistic and aerobic endeavors to the courtroom.
