Mark Sparks has spent his legal career representing and fighting for those who have been wronged or taken advantage of. Board certification is an accomplishment that less than 2% of attorneys in Texas receive. Mark focuses not only on personal injury, commercial, and insurance cases, but also complex oil and gas litigation representing royalty owners, operators, and lessors. In addition to being admitted to the Texas bar, he earned admission to the California bar while working on class actions and mass torts in California state and federal courts. Recently, Mark lead a team of lawyers who obtained several hundred million dollars in settlements after concluding complex litigation filed in multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, Mark represented hundreds of Hurricane Sandy victims in New York federal courts, exposing deceptive practices that insurance companies used to deny claims. He also holds noteworthy verdicts including a ‘Texas Top 100 Verdict’ in 2015.
