Kseniya Stupak was born and raised in Sevastopol, Ukraine, and moved to the United States at the age of 18. Driven by her determination and a thirst for knowledge, Kseniya independently mastered the English language, setting the stage for her remarkable accomplishments.

Her educational path led her to the University of Iowa, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Subsequently, Kseniya pursued her legal aspirations at the prestigious University of Iowa College of Law, renowned for its excellence. Her dedication was acknowledged with High Service Honors in Public Distinction, a testament to her commitment to the field.

During her time in law school, Kseniya honed her skills through externships at the U.S. Attorneys’ Office for the Central District of California and Southern District of Iowa, along with the Federal Public Defenders’ Office for the Southern District of Iowa. These experiences provided her with valuable insights into the workings of the legal system.

One of her significant achievements was providing litigation support to assistant U.S. attorneys, which included first-chairing a federal misdemeanor trial as a second-year law student—an accomplishment that underscored her exceptional abilities.

Throughout her professional journey, Kseniya has successfully litigated civil and criminal cases in both state and federal courts. Her tenure at the U.S. Department of Justice showcased her adeptness in handling diverse civil cases, ranging from fraud to education, treasury, health and human services, and small business administration matters. Her unwavering commitment ensured that these cases were seen through from inception to resolution.

Kseniya’s legal prowess has also been demonstrated in her representation of clients in high-stakes battles against corporate giants, including Hyundai Motor America, Kia America, BMW of North America, Nissan Motor Company and others. Her dedication extends beyond the courtroom, as she actively contributes to her community by providing Pro Bono assistance to Russian-speaking citizens in Orange County and Los Angeles County, CA. She is an integral part of the Russian-speaking community, offering invaluable legal guidance and representation to her fellow residents.

A member of the California State Bar, Kseniya remains actively engaged in Southern California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Her commitment to her profession is matched only by her devotion to her family. She takes immense pride in her role as a mother, raising three wonderful children: a fifteen-year-old son, DJ, and four-year-old twins, Alexandra and Dominic.
