He understands that the investigation aspect of each case is an essential key to obtaining the money needed to compensate the injured party.
Mr. Kelly started his legal career in Nebraska working for the Nebraska Attorney General. During this time he was able to work with a community of people who had been injured or wronged by a local business. Mr. Kelly was a strong advocate for the consumer and worked closely with the Attorney General to make sure that the large companies treated people with integrity and did not take advantage of them. It was during this time that Mr. Kelly was able to gain insight on what an individual faces when they have been injured or wronged by a business. Often they face difficulty navigating through the process of communicating with insurance companies, reviewing medical bills, and dealing with pain and suffering.
Mr. Kelly then accepted a position with the Douglas County Attorney’s Office in Omaha, Nebraska working with several attorneys to help prosecute criminal cases. He began to take interest in the litigation aspect of the law, and also helped draft important legal amendments to the Nebraska State Constitution that protected the rights of individuals. Mr. Kelly focused on legal research and investigation skills which continue to help him in obtaining bottom line results for his clients.
Mr. Kelly was then recruited to Arizona and accepted into the Arizona’s Bar after law school and began his practice at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Kelly continued to prosecute and protect those who were victims of crimes. Mr. Kelly moved up in the ranks quickly from the preliminary bureau to the trial groups and soon was in the Major Crimes Bureau prosecuting serious felony offenders. Mr. Kelly worked side by side with the County Attorney in the Repeat Offender Program which focused on protecting those injured or victimized by the most serious offenders. Mr. Kelly conducted several jury trials during this time allowing him polish his trial skills in front of several of the best judges in the state. His time in trial in front of a jury is invaluable experience that many lawyers that are twice his age unfortunately do not have.
In 2011 Mr. Kelly went into private practice and has since defended the rights of his clients with compassion and diligence. His practice included defending those who had been wronged by the State. He is now primarily working on helping fully compensate those injured in automobile accidents, medical malpractice, trip and falls, dog bites, and work related accidents.
Mr. Kelly is an attorney who is not afraid to put in the work to get the results needed for an injured client. He understands that the physical pain is not the only aspect of being injured and that often the medical bills and loss of enjoyment can be serious debilitations for the client. Mr. Kelly will take the time to sit down with each client to listen to their individual story. Too often attorneys in larger firms only want to settle claims and move on to the next client. Mr. Kelly is focused on attending to all the needs of his clients and obtaining the largest compensation possible, even if it means fighting long term to obtain the results needed. If you have been injured and are in need of an aggressive attorney who is dedicated to holding insurance companies, employers, and other individuals responsible for their actions, Mr. Kelly is the attorney you need and can trust.
