Jimin founded Solution Now Law Firm to build a law firm that is unlike any other. She prides herself on leading a team dedicated to providing personal attention to each of her clients. Her team will go above and beyond where most lawyers go to help their clients.
As a persuasive and successful personal injury lawyer, Jimin helps car accident victims protect their rights to receive a fair and full settlement for their injuries and property damage.
Jimin’s husband was injured in a car accident, so she understands how being involved in an injury-related legal dispute can be a stressful and emotionally exhausting experience. She is dedicated to representing clients with compassion while aggressively pursuing their rights under the law.
With more than ten years of experience in the legal field, Jimin has handled hundreds of car accident cases, both complex and simple. Her past cases include, but are not limited to: multi-vehicle accidents, rollover accidents, motorcycle accidents, T-bone accidents, rear-end accidents, DUI accidents, bicycle accidents, e-Scooter (Lime, Bird) accidents, pedestrian accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents, delivery driver accidents, accidents involving soft tissue injuries, accidents involving severe fractures with surgeries, accidents involving permanent scars, brain injuries (TBI), and more.
Before founding her firm, Jimin worked at the Santa Clara Superior Court with the Honorable Julie Emede. She also worked at the Santa Clara Public Defender’s Office, where she developed her litigation skills. In addition, she gained competitive negotiation skills while she worked at the Katherine & George Alexander Community Law Center, representing clients in court. She most recently worked as an attorney at prominent Bay Area law firms where she handled numerous high-conflict and highly complex personal injury cases.
Jimin received her Juris Doctor degree from the Santa Clara University of Law, where she made the Dean’s List each year and earned a WITKIN Award in Best Negotiated Settlement Award and Appellate Advocacy.
Throughout her career, Jimin has been heavily involved in volunteer activities. She has enjoyed donating her time to various organizations including, Christian Legal Society, Korean American Bar Association of Northern California (KABANC), and Immigration Law Society.
As an avid dog lover, Jimin would do anything for her furbabies, Latte and Pudding. She enjoys shopping for pet products online and going to the dog beach. Recently, she and her husband started a new hobby of gardening.
