Helen Braverman is an accomplished litigator whose practice focuses in complex commercial disputes. She has substantial experience in insurance coverage matters, having represented the Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in several major insurance insolvencies. She also has served as special counsel to a large settlement trust arising from the settlement of a large class action lawsuit against a major drug manufacturer. She has represented numerous clients in employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases.

Helen is involved in many charitable causes including work with veterans.
Helen graduated from Temple University, magna cum laude, in 1974. She graduated, with honors, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 1979, where she also was a member of the Traynor Society. Prior to entering private practice, Helen was a law clerk to the Hon. Philip C. Wilkins of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and California.
