Harvey was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (finance) in 1968 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona in 1971. While attending U of A, Harvey participated in the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance program, Law Student Civil Rights Research Council and was a staff writer for the Arizona Advocate.
A substantial portion of Harvey’s practice is dedicated to representing clients in all aspects of family law. He also has vast experience representing individuals and entities in a wide variety of transactional and civil litigation matters.
In 2007, Harvey was appointed as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court Family Law Division. He presides over court hearings and conducts settlement conferences.
When he’s not busy practicing law, Harvey enjoys traveling with his wife, golfing and spending time with his grandchildren.
