Edvin Jones is a trial attorney dedicated to fighting for the underdog. As a personal injury lawyer licensed in California, Nevada, and Arizona, Edvin has recovered substantial compensation for his clients in cases involving car accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, and complex premises liability claims. His results include multiple six- and seven-figure settlements that reflect both his relentless advocacy and strategic approach to litigation.
Before becoming a lawyer, Edvin graduated with a 4.0 GPA in Electronics Engineering and went on to earn his J.D. with honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas – Boyd School of Law. He was named to the Dean’s List, received multiple CALI Awards for Excellence, and obtained a mediation certificate while serving in community mediation clinics. His studies included specialized training in bankruptcy and accounting, giving him an analytical edge in financial loss cases.
Edvin‘s legal training includes clerkships with both the Honorable Judge James C. Mahan (U.S. District Court) and Judge Nancy L. Allf (State Court). He began his legal career at Murchison & Cumming LLP in insurance defense before joining Bighorn Law in May 2024, where he has quickly earned a reputation for fearless representation and client-first results.
Having arrived in the U.S. as a refugee, Edvin remains deeply committed to giving back. He has provided pro bono immigration support to refugee families in Turkey and the U.S., and continues to offer no-cost services to asylum seekers and immigrants in need.
What sets Edvin apart is his ability to combine legal insight with technical knowledge — often using his engineering background to analyze structural failures and unsafe property conditions in premises liability cases. His courtroom strategy is fueled by both personal resilience and a strong belief that everyone — no matter their background — deserves powerful legal representation.
