Mr. Kaffana is a criminal defense attorney who represents persons charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes all over Arizona. Mr. Kaffana has experience in a wide range of felony matters, including Aggravated DUI, sex offenses, homicide, aggravated assault, and all manner of serious felony charges. During his time at Lerner and Rowe Law Group, Mr. Kaffana has been recognized for his outstanding work as a criminal lawyer by several different organizations for client satisfaction and for his reputation in the criminal defense community.
Mr. Kaffana prides himself on fighting for the best possible outcome for each and every one of his clients. Mr. Kaffana was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Before coming to Arizona, he worked in class action asbestos litigation. He relocated to Arizona over 15 years ago to attend ASU Law School. It was there that he found his passion for defending the rights of the accused while working in the Public Defender Clinic as a student.
When he is not in Court, Mr. Kaffana enjoys coaching his son in youth sports and traveling.
