Dan Hoffman is a trial attorney who manages the firm’s Nevada office. Mr. Hoffman predominantly handles business disputes, professional liability, and catastrophic injury matters. He counsels clients in all aspects of their business with an emphasis on advocating for design professionals in contract negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Mr. Hoffman has successfully handled numerous catastrophic personal injury matters, including wrongful death and traumatic brain injury claims. He works with his clients to achieve their best possible outcome, which has frequently resulted in defense judgments.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hoffman prosecuted employment and copyright infringement claims in federal courts across the country. Before becoming an attorney, he developed cost estimates for multi-million dollar spaceflight projects at Jet Propulsion Laboratory (NASA-JPL). His work included the Mars rovers, Earth-science satellites, and deep-space exploratory missions.
Mr. Hoffman obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge. He then obtained a Juris Doctor as an evening student at Loyola Law School Los Angeles, earning honors in the corporate law concentration.
