Callan Johns graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2015 with a background professionally and academically in Marketing and Management. She attended Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law and participated in the Moot Court Program, Loyola Law Clinic, and was a member of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal where she is published in the Winter 2019 Edition. Callan began her legal career interning at the Pro Bono Project where she assisted indigent populations of the greater New Orleans in areas such as child custody, divorces, and successions.
In 2017, Callan was the recipient of the Pro Bono Project Law Student of the Year Award after demonstrating her dedication to clients and efficiency and handling each case. In 2018, she began working for the Law Office of Glenn McGovern as a law clerk where she assisted Glenn McGovern in legal research and writing. Callan is now an attorney specializing in civil rights and personal injury. In Callan’s spare time, she enjoys reading, watching old movies, and spending time with her two dogs Mr. Fly and Ms. Mae.
