Benjamin Charchian

Ben obtained his bachelor’s degree from UCLA and his law degree from Pepperdine Law School. After graduating, he turned down several high paying jobs to work for a small personal injury law firm. In 2009, he fulfilled his dream and opened his own injury law firm. Since then, Ben has represented thousands of clients and has achieved over $50 million dollars in verdicts and settlements. Some of his notable cases include a $5.7 million dollar recovery for a man injured in a truck accident, a $3.1 million dollar recovery for a man who was involved in a motorcycle accident, a $3.5 million dollar recovery for a pedestrian who was hit by a car, and his favorite case, a $1.25 million dollar recovery for impoverished children in South America of a migrant worker who was involved in an accident in the United States. Because of his extensive experience with personal injury and wrongful death cases, and because he has personally taken cases to trial, Ben is able to obtain incredible results for his clients. (His most recent trial was in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Alhambra Courthouse where he represented an actor who suffered serious injuries from a fall). For his hard work, Ben has been recognized in Los Angeles Magazine as a “Super Lawyer” for seven years. In his free time, Ben loves hiking the local mountains in Los Angeles with his wife and conducting pro-bono educational seminars for the personal injury community.
