Assma Ali is the founding Immigration Attorney at the Law Offices of Ali & Associates; P.A. Ms. Ali has extensive experience working in the field of Immigration Law. She has traveled all over the United States representing clients, so if you are in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Dallas or anywhere else in the United States you can count on Ms. Ali to be there. She has represented several high-ranking government officials from various countries. She handles detained and non-detained cases. She has represented clients with their cases in Immigration Court, USCIS, and with ICE.  She is licensed to practice immigration law in all fifty states and has traveled all over the United States representing foreign nationals from various countries in securing them legal status.

Due to her zealous representation of her clients, she was recognized by the Association of Americas’ Top Lawyers as being within the Top 40 Lawyers under the age of 40 within the field of Immigration Law. This recognition is given to less than 1% of attorneys in the United States. She was also selected as Top 30 under 30 by the Arab American Foundation. She has also been awarded the Distinguished Lawyer Award, the Elite Lawyer Award, the Law of Eagles Award, the Lawyer of the Year Award, and much more. She has also conducted extensive interviews with several news outlets nationwide on the topic of immigration law.

In addition to her awards, Ms. Ali has also spoken at various events and continues to travel nationwide presenting on the field of immigration law. She has presented in Detroit for the Federal Bar Association, was the Keynote Speaker at the America Association for Students and Professionals in Dearborn, the Mississippi Association for Justice, Mississippi College School of Law CLE, the Rotary Club and the American Association for Immigration Lawyers Mid-South Conference and much more.

Ms. Ali is a child of Yemeni Immigrants. Her parents immigrated to the United States in the 1970’s seeking a better future for themselves and their children. She understands that immigration can be a complicated and cumbersome process and her goal is to try to simplify and ease it for her clients.
