Detailed Information

Ariel Rofeim, Esq. is the founder and principal attorney of Rofeim Law. He is a Harvard trained negotiator and leads with a strategic approach to pre-litigation and litigation matters. His reputation is built on making a difference when it counts, and people trust him to bring results. He takes the time to learn his client’s stories and uses that insight to build a compelling narrative that resonates with insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.

With experience in The White House as a contributing member on the Domestic Policy Council and Office of White House Fellows, followed by a legal career that began by defending insurance companies, Ariel has built his firm with an advantageous perspective that translates into outlier results.

His practice includes catastrophic injury matters that arise from motor vehicle accidents, and property damage claims involving luxury and exotic vehicles — including diminished value and loss of use.

At Rofeim Law, the aim is to make personal injury better by prioritizing our client’s road to recovery and delivering a sense of justice that propels our clients to move forward with confidence. Ariel understands that accidents leave long-term impressions on the people involved and turn into experiences that his clients carry within themselves forever; it is with that weight in mind that he confronts those on the other side to effectuate change and respond with compassion.

Education

Ariel earned his Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from the Harvard Business School and J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in New York City on a scholarship, completing the degree in just two years — a distinction achieved by fewer than 0.01% of U.S. law students.

During law school, he ranked at the top of his class in Negotiation, Insurance Law, and Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice.

After graduating, Ariel served as a law clerk at one of California’s premier defense litigation firms, representing major corporations including ride-sharing giants and leading automotive manufacturers.

Ariel received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied Political Science with a concentration in International Relations, and earned National Honors as a Pi Sigma Alpha recipient.

Ariel furthered his education in England, where he was named a Pembroke-King’s Scholar at the University of Cambridge where he studied English Common Law, War, and International Security—earning a perfect 4.0 GPA across all subjects.

Following graduation, Ariel was selected by President Barack Obama out of a national pool of applicants to be a White House Intern where he supported the Executive Branch of Government in a variety of capacities.
