Alla V. Vorobets is the principal owner of the Law Offices of Alla V. Vorobets. Prior to establishing the firm, Ms. Vorobets worked as a policy analyst, a judicial clerk, an associate for several mid-size law firms, and an in-house corporate counsel.
Ms. Vorobets is a civil litigation attorney concentrating in all aspects of litigation, including personal injury, employment, bankruptcy, creditor negotiation issues, contract, real estate, corporate and partnership formation and disputes.
Ms. Vorobets immigrated to the United States of America from Ukraine as a refugee in August, 1993. She initially attended Highlands High School, but later transferred to and graduated from Bella Vista High School. She went on to obtain her undergraduate degrees magna cum laude in Law and Society and Slavic Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
After she graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara, Ms. Vorobets worked as a Judicial Administration Fellow for the California Judicial Council. Ms. Vorobets was then selected for a prestigious Congressional Fellowship, and worked as a legislative analyst for the California Institute for Federal Policy Research in Washington, D.C. for 2 years.
Ms. Vorobets received her law degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Vorobets served as a Technical Editor on the Computer & High Technology Law Journal. She was admitted to practice in California in 2008.
In her spare time, Ms. Vorobets enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
