Alin Ghayvandian is a Trial Attorney at JT Legal Group, APC. Alin also manages and supervises the pre-litigation department at the firm. She represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases, and she specializes in handling serious injury, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases. She strives to bring justice to each individual client. Just in the last five months, she has settled over $6 million. She takes pride in representing injured individuals in catastrophic personal injury matters. In addition, Alin has previously handled criminal, probate and legal malpractice matters.
Alin earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge where she majored in Psychology and minored in Religious Studies. Thereafter, she attended Southwestern Law School, graduated top of her class and received a public service distinction. Alin is certified by LexisNexis for research proficiency and served as a LexisNexis Ambassador while in law school. Alin is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Court of California, Central District and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Prior to joining JT Legal Group, Alin worked at Gevorkyan Law Firm where her main area of practice was personal injury civil litigation. She has extensive experience in the personal injury and criminal law fields. Alin previously clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where she prepared and conducted preliminary hearings on felony matters. She also interned for the Honorable Serena Murillo for the Superior Court of California. Alin has experience in all phases of civil and criminal litigation, including discovery, law and motion, pre-trial motions, and post-trial motions.
In her free time, Alin enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys eating, traveling, boxing, and hiking.
