The Law Offices of Adam Dayan was started in 2009 with the primary purpose of representing families of children with special needs to pursue the rights and protections to which they are entitled. As a result, the firm predominantly focuses on representing parents of children with special needs in pursuing appropriate educational programs and services for their children under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
Our firm is also dedicated to vindicating the rights of individuals who may have viable claims under the Americans with Disability Act, Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act, and/or other applicable law.
Parents along the way have expressed concerns about ensuring their children’s well-being throughout adulthood. As a result, the firm, where appropriate, assists clients with long-term planning issues relating to residential group homes and government benefits. We also help plan, draft and manage guardianships and special needs trusts.
