Donald R. Grady, Jr. is an experienced trial attorney and litigator practicing before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Courts of the State of New York. Tenured at Sheff Law for 26 years, he has represented Massachusetts injured parties and their families in many areas of law, brain injury, wrongful death, construction site accidents, workplace accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, railroad injuries, and general negligence cases. In addition to his 34 years of courtroom experience in personal injury matters, Attorney Grady has litigated cases involving contractual disputes, real estate matters, construction disputes, and other business law litigation.
Recognized as a SuperLawyer since 2011, recent jury verdicts and awards include a $6 million verdict in Bristol County Superior Court and a $1.5 million award in a medical malpractice arbitration. Over the past 25 years, he has participated in multiple mediations and alternative dispute resolution procedures with other members of the Sheff Law team, resulting in the recovery of settlements in excess of $200 million.
