David S. Miller Jr. founded Miller Law, LLC after managing a large personal injury client base for a competitive firm directly out of Law School. Before his pursuit of higher education in the legal field, David was a clerk for the Honorable Justice Robin Jean Davis of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
During his time at school, David was a founding member and vice-president of the Carolina Conservancy, a member of the Trial Team for the Board of Ethics Committee, and a proud member of an Alternative Dispute Resolution Journal, Resolved. Additionally, during the course of his law school career, David was employed by the Law Offices of Gedney M. Howe III, P.A. where he worked under established practicing attorneys on multiple high profile cases resulting in verdicts and/or settlements well into 8 figures. This experience ultimately led to his managerial position directly out of law school and the founding of his own practice at such a young age.
David appreciates bringing these skills to the table to serve his clients with personable legal services which involve Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Accidents, Medical Malpractice, and Bad Faith Insurance Disputes.
When David is not advocating for his clients, you can find him engaging in one of his many hobbies, including but not limited to, putting his SSI Diver Certification to good use, studying with the FAA to gain his private pilot’s license, offshore fishing, and bow hunting for whitetail deer.
