Christopher Cerullo is partner at cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. Christopher’s practice primarily focuses on representing self-insured corporations, business entities, insurance carriers, and individuals in all stages of state and federal court litigation claims involving product liability, gig economy liability, construction defect, civil rights, professional liability, insurance coverage disputes, employment practices, transportation, and premises liability.

Christopher has substantial experience defending clients in all aspects of product liability, transportation, premises liability, construction defect, civil rights, product liability, and other general civil liability matters in both state and federal courts, including trial, mediations, and binding/nonbinding arbitration he also served as a law clerk to Honorable Thomas F. Brogan, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in the Passaic County Superior Court.
