Attorney Robinson uses those skills to defend the rights and freedom of people accused of theft, DUI, white collar crimes, drug charges, homicide, and other crimes throughout Florida.
Before forming LAR Legal Group, she served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Orange County State Attorney’s Office in Orlando, Florida. While there, she handled thousands of criminal cases, including DUI cases, drug charges, domestic violence, robbery, theft, and other violent crimes.
After gaining years of invaluable experience as a prosecutor, she decided to leap to civil litigation and worked for a prominent national civil defense firm. She is experienced in civil litigation defense, including negligent security, contract negotiation, and general liability matters.
Before becoming an attorney, Lucie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Staying in Orlando, she attended Barry University School of Law. She was an active member of Barry’s prestigious trial team and traveled throughout the country competing. Attorney Robinson also served as the student liaison for the Judicial Division Lawyers Conference of the American Bar Association, volunteered with Harbor House, and helped create Barry’s first Caribbean Student Association.
After gaining invaluable experience in governmental and corporate sectors, Attorney Lucie Robinson opened her law firm to focus on protecting the rights of the people throughout the State of Florida.
Attorney Lucie Robinson is active in various professional organizations, including the American Bar Association and the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association. She serves on the board of The Academy 365, which seeks to transform the lives of young black men by providing them with tools to achieve academic success. In addition, she was also recognized as one of the National Black Lawyer’s Top 40 under 40 Attorneys for the State of Florida for 2021, 2022 and 2023.
